Full Villa Renovation
Freeman's Bay
Full Heritage home renovation with Heritage overlay. Prior to renovations, this was a single story home with separate under house garaging.
We added internal access to the garaging area, along with an additional master level floor including a new master bedroom, office and landing area, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
A large amount of structural steel work was required, allowing the new areas to be stitched seamlessly into the old.
The access of the house was quite tight on the property which meant excavations had to be carried out carefully, using conveyor belts through the main hallway of the home.
This was a fun and interesting project to finish. The client incorporated a number of unique features to bring out their own style, helping breathe life and energy into the home.
This included a flush floor spiral, automatic wine cellar for 500+ bottles of wine, lots of custom cabinetry, a hidden opening bookshelf to office area, ensuite including bath with opening skylight above, attic & under house storage areas, all completed to a very high finish.
